RETURNS

HAZE COLLECTION prides itself on the accuracy and turnaround time of our products. All sales are final, however returns will be honoured up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer. HAZE COLLECTION Australia offers store credit on change of mind returns. Upon receiving the product(s) for return, a store credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
 
You may return your product(s) for a store credit if:
 
The item has been unworn
All items including the sunglass, case and cloth are returned
The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
The item is returned in its original packaging and order
 
We will only refund the original shipping cost/handling fees on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 7 days from the date you receive your package. Any damage claim made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Please use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your package, as HAZE COLLECTION is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Due to security constraints, we are unable to reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price.

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

Products purchased online must be shipped to our fulfillment centre.

REPAIRS

When bought from our online store, we provide a six-month warranty period for HAZE COLLECTION products & accessories where we will repair the item at no cost except for the postage to us and back to you.

HAZE COLLECTION products & accessories will only be repaired/replaced upon assessment. 

When posting the item back to us, please include a prepaid post satchel that has been addressed to yourself & your best address. 

Our repair service does not extend to HAZE COLLECTION products & accessories that have been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and products that have not been cared for (eg. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater).

We reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned period.

PURCHASES FROM OTHER STORES

The return value is determined by the last retail price of the item. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE.
